TRAINING
Powered By You Training is NOT your typical "gym" or "group fitness" class.
It is East Selkirk's ONLY Private, Women's Only, Strength Training Space.
You get the personalized experience of a one on one trainer, ensuring you are working within your abilities and capabilities, while benefiting from the community atmosphere of a small group of other badass women working towards living a strong and confident life!
You don't have to worry about waiting for machines and equipment while awkwardly wandering around wondering "what should I do at the gym today?"
You don't have to scramble to find get a spot in a large group class and fumble through the movements not knowing if you're doing them right or how to modify them for your unique pains or injuries.
You will learn and try new things that you didn't know your body was capable of, in a safe environment with a hands on trainer by your side at every session.
These spots don't come up often, and it's first come first serve!
